Your madmap is sent with Posten and will be delivered within 2-7 business days within Sweden, depending if you choose a madmap with a pre-selected colour scheme or made your own. Times can vary. If you're unsure, just send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In case of delay, will we contact with you with the expected delivery date as soon as possible.
Your madmap is to be collected by you at the closest postal service.
When order several madmaps, they will be packeted and sent together. If some of the madmaps have a longer delivery date than the rest, can you choose to get the available ones delivered direct. The remaining products will be sent when they are available. The invoice is enclosed with the first delivery.
If you notice that your parcel is damaged when you collect it, please file a complaint immediately at Posten or the postal service (within 7 days from the collection). Take a picture of the damaged goods and send to email@example.com. You are responsible for filing the complaint about damaged goods in order to receive compensation.
If your madmap is damaged or disappears during the delivery to you, madmap will compensate you. If it get damaged or disappears during the return are you liable for payment.
We are offering several payment ways. You can pay either by Bank/Credit-Card via our partner Klarna or use their invoice service. Simple and easy!
