Purchase on approval
You can return or exchange your madmap within 30 days from the day you finalized your order.
Important! You must first contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have decided that you want to return your order. In the e-mail mention your order number and which madmap/madmaps you want to return. Thereafter await confirmation and information from us.
This in order to make the return so easy as possible for us both. Contact us to make sure that you get the best price and a suitably delivery method for your madmap during the return.
Goods returned to cash on delivery or sent incorrectly without communication with us is not collected by us and will automatically be sent back to you with further costs.
We can also receive the goods at our office in Lund if you first e-mail us at email@example.com .
To make a return:
Notify us by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org your order number and what goods you want to return and await a confirmation from us before sending the goods.
Pack the goods well in the original packaging.

Once your return has come to us, we check the goods. When approved returned, we will refund the corresponding amount. Repayment will be made within 14 days of our receipt of your return.
Once your return is processed, we will notify you via email.
Do you want to get repayment for the full amount of what you paid for the goods, they must be unused and returned in original packaging with any original documents. After we have received and checked the item we will refund its value to you. Is the product used, we decide a depreciation deductions based on our assessment of the product's condition. The deduction can not be appealed or contested.
We will refund you within 14 days after we received your return. If you have chosen to pay by credit / debit card or direct payment reimbursement to the same account that you used.
If you want to exchange an item, you must add a new order on our website of the item you wish instead and return the unwanted item to us. We then send the new item to you immediately, once we receive the returned product, we do a refund to your account. Repayments are made as above.
Should the goods be damaged or otherwise defective, or if you received the wrong item or the wrong number of items, please contact us immediately on mail email@example.com. For approved claims the compensation delivery won´t cost to you anything. If you send a return to us please follow the steps under "Return". Goods returned to cash on delivery are not accepted. In case of dispute , we follow the National Board for decision.
